I was talking to a group recently.

And the topic of "friendship" came up.

They asked me: "What do you think is missing in today's relationships?"

DEPTH.

For me in my life, DEPTH is super-important.

And that's why I take all the relationships I have (whether with friends & family or with colleagues or with clients) VERY sincerely.

And it also is VERY important when you want to become a great communicator.

> GIVE A DAMN about the audience you're speaking to during a presentation.

> CONNECT with your people at home at a DEEPER LEVEL than anyone else have connected with them before.

And you will see that you become the kind of person that...

2. everyone trusts

3. everyone respects
